Breathing is a continuous process where air enters to our body and exit from our body, this process is part of the respiratory System.

In Yoga inhale is known Poorak [पूरक] (breath in) and exhale is known as Rechak [रेचक] (breath out)


During inhalation and exhalation process, approximate percentage of gases are: 







An average person absorb only 20% of Oxygen - Regular practice of Yoga will increase the Oxygen absorption percentage. 

Your brain need 20% of Oxygen you inhale, without human realisation this process continuously working.

To regulate the level of Oxygen, improve overall well-being and same time it will keep your organs very healthy.
